Clarity Pathways Counseling is looking for a compassionate and experienced Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our dynamic team in a remote school setting. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility to engage with students, families, and educators effectively. Working with both individuals and teams, you will leverage technology to conduct virtual sessions, create online resources, and collaborate on care plans. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' psychosocial needs, focusing on emotional, behavioral, and social factors that affect their academic performance.
• Collaborate with students and guardians to develop individualized support plans that reflect their goals, needs, and preferences.
• Provide counseling services to students, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and personal challenges.
• Advocate for students' rights and facilitate access to necessary community resources, including mental health services, academic support, and other relevant programs.
• Engage with teachers, school staff, and community professionals to coordinate services and enhance the overall support network for students.
• Continuously monitor students’ progress and well-being, making adjustments to care plans as needed based on their development.
• Conduct virtual workshops and training sessions for educators and parents about mental health awareness and support strategies.
• Document assessments, interventions, and follow-ups thoroughly in our electronic health record (EHR) system, complying with all regulatory and ethical standards.

Your primary clientele will include students from diverse backgrounds facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will work with children and adolescents who may be experiencing difficulty in school due to social, emotional, or behavioral issues. Your empathetic approach will help guide these young individuals and their families towards positive outcomes and a better understanding of available support systems.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in New Jersey.
• Minimum of two years of direct experience in a social work role, preferably within a school or educational setting.
• Extensive knowledge of child and adolescent mental health issues, developmental psychology, and community resources.
• Exceptional counseling, assessment, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with children, adolescents, and families.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork with interdisciplinary partners.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard office applications for documentation and communication.

• Experience in crisis intervention and management within educational settings.
• Familiarity with remote counseling tools and methodologies.
• Background in program development aimed at improving student mental health and well-being.

Compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a robust benefits package that includes:
