Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Clarity Pathways Counseling, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual psychotherapy to clients facing mental health issues specifically related to substance abuse recovery.
• Conducting thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Administering tailored therapeutic interventions that facilitate recovery and promote lasting behavioral change.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
