Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling & Reservations Specialist to support client coordination and reservation management in a remote environment. This role focuses on assisting with scheduling requests, maintaining accurate reservation records, and delivering a positive client experience through clear communication and follow-up.
This is a fully remote position suited for individuals who are dependable, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a structured, process-driven role.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage client scheduling and reservation requests
Assist with booking updates, modifications, and confirmations
Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems
Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and messaging tools
Support internal teams by ensuring schedules and reservations are properly aligned
Monitor deadlines and follow established workflows and procedures
Provide timely follow-up to ensure a smooth client experience
