As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and diagnosing a range of behavioral and mental health issues using evidence-based practices.
• Facilitating psychotherapy sessions via two-way audio and visual communication, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Utilizing standardized screening tools to measure client outcomes and refine treatment approaches.
• Documenting client interactions comprehensively in our electronic medical records, including diagnoses and billing codes, to maintain accurate clinical records.
• Staying compliant with the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) code of ethics and all relevant laws and regulations governing clinical practice in Washington.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare, community health, and educational staff, to enhance the delivery of care.
• Advocating for clients by connecting them with relevant community resources and support services that further their treatment goals.
• Participating in regular case reviews and staff meetings to discuss clinical cases and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

This role serves a diverse patient population, with clients ranging from adolescents aged 12 to older adults in geriatric care. To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:
