Project Overview

A global organization is seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Consultant (Sr. CMC) to support a large-scale Global Business Services (GBS) transformation initiative. This consultant will partner closely with the Change Management Center of Excellence (CoE), project teams, and senior business stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and business readiness across a complex global environment.


The ideal consultant is a seasoned change management professional with experience leading organizational change initiatives within large, matrixed organizations. This individual must be comfortable operating independently, influencing senior leaders, and managing multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Change Management CoE, project teams, and key stakeholders to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
  • Develop and execute integrated change management strategies and plans aligned to project goals and business outcomes
  • Assess organizational impacts and identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies across global functions and teams
  • Create and manage core change management deliverables, including: stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, communication plans, training and readiness plans, change adoption and reinforcement strategies
  • Provide executive coaching and sponsorship support to senior leaders and key stakeholders
  • Develop engaging communication and awareness-building materials that support leadership alignment and employee engagement
  • Build, manage, and support Change Agent or Change Champion networks
  • Monitor change effectiveness and adoption metrics, adjusting plans as programs evolve
  • Facilitate governance discussions and communicate progress, risks, and updates to steering committees and leadership teams
  • Coordinate updates across multiple initiatives and consolidate information for broader program governance and reporting activities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to manage global and functional interdependencies across initiatives


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience leading or supporting large-scale organizational change initiatives
  • Proven experience developing and executing enterprise change management strategies and plans
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Experience creating and managing change management deliverables, including impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, communications, and training plans
  • Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Masterโ€™s degree in a related field
  • Change Management certification preferred (Prosci, ACMP, Kotter, or similar)
  • Experience supporting global transformation or Global Business Services (GBS) initiatives
  • Experience working within highly matrixed, multinational organizations
  • Familiarity with governance structures, executive reporting, and enterprise transformation programs


This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-visibility global transformation initiative while partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive meaningful organizational change.


Start Date: June 2026

Duration: Through December 20, 2026, with possibility of extension

Hours: Full-time hours with flexibility based on project needs

Location: Remote / Virtual

Travel: Minimal or TBD based on business requirements


The pay range for this is $58.00 to $62.00 per hour on a W2 basis. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications, and specific work location.
