Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct structured therapy sessions with clients via our secure online platform, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for open communication.

  • Regularly monitor and assess client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment methods and goals as appropriate to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records that reflect treatment histories and progress, complying with all legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to provide holistic care that meets the diverse needs of our client population.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients ranging from adolescents to adults, addressing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Our clients appreciate the flexibility of telehealth services, which allows them to seek help without the limitations of travel or traditional office hours.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field is required for this role.
  • Active state licensure as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LICSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) is mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of therapeutic methodologies and techniques with a proven ability to apply them in a virtual setting.
