Are you a licensed health insurance professional looking for a remote opportunity during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period?

Join a customer focused team where you will use your insurance knowledge to help individuals better understand their Medicare coverage and navigate the enrollment process.


Position Highlights

Work Location - 100 Percent Remote

Schedule - Full Time, Monday to Saturday

Operating Hours - 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST

What Will You Be Doing?

You will interact directly with Medicare customers through inbound calls and online chat.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer questions through phone and chat
  • Explaining Medicare benefits, coverage, and available options
  • Helping eligible customers navigate the enrollment process
  • Maintaining accurate customer and interaction records
  • Following established quality and compliance procedures
  • Working toward assigned productivity and performance expectations

Preferred Experience

Experience in Medicare, AEP, or insurance sales is preferred.

Your Home Office Matters

Since this position is fully remote, you will need a quiet and professional workspace suitable for customer interactions.

Paid Training and Development

Before handling customer interactions independently, new team members will participate in a 5 week training program.

Weeks 1 to 4: Classroom Training

Week 5: Nesting and Transition to Production
