We are hiring hands on technicians to support installation and maintenance of communications and remote monitoring systems across active job sites. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to grow technical skills in networking, satellite internet, and field operations.

You will work alongside experienced technicians deploying Starlink systems, LTE networks, and camera solutions in a fast paced environment.

Seeking Rotational Team members to join our Bellaire, OH location.

What You Will Do

  • Install and support communications systems including Starlink, LTE, Wi Fi, and camera systems
  • Assist with rig ups, rig downs, and equipment moves across job sites
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on internet, satellite, and monitoring systems
  • Configure and support networking equipment including routers, modems, and access points
  • Support setup of communications towers and signal boosting equipment
  • Provide field level customer support for connectivity and monitoring issues
  • Complete work orders, inspections, and inventory tracking
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
  • Prioritize safety and follow all company and client protocols

Travel

Travel is required based on business needs. Some overnight travel will be required.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • EnGenius Certified Network Specialist (required)
  • 1 or more years of technical or field experience preferred
  • Experience with telecom, cable, satellite, or internet installation is a plus
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and lift up to 50 lbs


For Experienced Candidates (Tech II):

  • 2 or more years of communications or networking field experience
  • Proven experience installing or supporting telecom or monitoring systems
