  • Lead complex consultative sales engagements from prospecting through contract negotiation, implementation, and account expansion, managing sales cycles ranging from 2 to 18 months.
  • Generate new business by proactively prospecting, identifying, and engaging employer prospects through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic business development activities to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Grow existing client partnerships through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Deliver compelling virtual and in-person presentations, executive business reviews, and solution demonstrations.

  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise or middle-market accounts with multi-state or regional territory responsibility.
