Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud as the primary skill, along with solid hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions, defining enterprise architecture, driving Salesforce AI/GenAI and Agentforce adoption, and translating business requirements into comprehensive CRM solutions. The candidate should have strong solution architecture, integration, data, and client-facing leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, with Marketing Cloud as the primary focus and Sales Cloud and Service Cloud as key supporting platforms.
Define scalable, secure, high-performance Salesforce architecture aligned with business and enterprise objectives.
Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions and define the overall system landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired states.
Drive adoption of Salesforce AI capabilities, including:
Einstein AI
Agentforce
Generative AI
Predictive Analytics
Intelligent Automation
Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions involving APIs, middleware, custom development, and third-party integrations.
Define enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture standards, integration patterns, governance, and best practices.
Ensure appropriate data governance, security, compliance, and data quality across Salesforce and integrated systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers, administrators, and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies and AI capabilities and recommend platform improvements.

Mandatory / Essential Skills
Salesforce Architecture
12-14+ years of Salesforce/CRM experience, with significant experience in solution architecture.
Strong experience designing and architecting enterprise Salesforce solutions.
Proven ability to define system landscapes, identify architecture gaps, and design target-state CRM solutions.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, scalability, security, performance, and integration patterns.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud - PRIMARY
Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is mandatory.
Architect-level experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Relevant Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect certification(s) required.
Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud solution architecture and implementation.
Sales Cloud & Service Cloud - REQUIRED
Strong Sales Cloud experience.
Strong Service Cloud experience.
Ability to architect solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in addition to Marketing Cloud.
Salesforce AI / GenAI - REQUIRED
Hands-on experience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions and architectures.
