Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud as the primary skill, along with solid hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions, defining enterprise architecture, driving Salesforce AI/GenAI and Agentforce adoption, and translating business requirements into comprehensive CRM solutions. The candidate should have strong solution architecture, integration, data, and client-facing leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, with Marketing Cloud as the primary focus and Sales Cloud and Service Cloud as key supporting platforms.
Define scalable, secure, high-performance Salesforce architecture aligned with business and enterprise objectives.
Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions and define the overall system landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired states.
Drive adoption of Salesforce AI capabilities, including:

Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions involving APIs, middleware, custom development, and third-party integrations.
