Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Dynatrace Developer or in a similar application performance monitoring role.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and administering Dynatrace dashboards, reports, alerts, and monitoring solutions.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce application monitoring and performance optimization within enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of synthetic monitoring, application performance monitoring (APM), and end-to-end observability concepts.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and operational teams in an Agile environment.

Additional Qualifications
  • Experience supporting federal healthcare agencies such as the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Defense Health Agency (DHA), or the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
  • Experience improving enterprise monitoring frameworks, proactive performance management, and operational readiness.
  • Familiarity with complex Salesforce environments, incident prevention strategies, and ITIL or observability best practices.
