Working in a Salesforce Government Cloud environment, you will collaborate with the Salesforce Health Cloud Administrator to support system interfaces, optimize data integration, monitor critical workflows, and implement new business processes.

Work Location & Eligibility Requirements

This is a 100% remote position. All work must be performed strictly from an approved home workspace (work from public, shared, or outside locations is prohibited).

Must reside and work in one of the following eligible states/territories:

  • System Optimization: Evaluate and test vendor-supplied software packages, patches, and upgrades. Research application modules, understand underlying business processes, and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaboration & Support: Partner with the Salesforce Health Cloud Administrator to guide system modifications. Serve as a technical resource for entry-level developers and provide escalation support for complex trouble tickets.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop test plans with Lead Developer guidance, conduct unit/system testing, review defect logs, participate in code reviews, and rewrite programs to meet changing requirements.
  • Agile & CI/CD Practices: Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, user stories, retrospectives) using tools like Jira, and leverage Salesforce DevOps toolsets and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare system design documents, technical reports, user manuals, and change control documentation.
