About the Role
ShareSTAFF is hiring a Senior Qa Testing Analyst for a temp-to-hire assignment at a Remote in Phoenix, Arizona. ShareSTAFF Healthcare is seeking a Senior Testing Analyst to support quality assurance and test automation for a federal healthcare technology program. In this remote, contract-to-hire role, you'll design test strategies, execute manual and automated tests, and help ensure new and existing applications — including a Salesforce Health Cloud platform — meet rigorous quality standards. You'll mentor junior QA team members and partner closely with developers, business analysts, and project leadership in an Agile environment.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain QA standards, test strategies, and test plans for new applications and enhancements
  • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts using tools such as Katalon, TOSCA, and Selenium
  • Expand automated test coverage and introduce new automation strategies and best practices
  • Test and validate ETL processes
  • Write and execute SQL queries to verify data integrity
  • Track, document, and manage defects through resolution using Xray, ALM, or JIRA
  • Analyze performance and stress-testing results and recommend fixes for existing or potential issues
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and vendors to confirm applications meet business and technical requirements
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
  • Write user stories and task flows
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA/testing team members
  • Communicate testing progress, risks, and results clearly to project managers and leadership
What You Bring - Required
  • U.S. Citizenship required — no exceptions
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable adjudication under a DoD (Department of Defense) background investigation (Interim and Final)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance / software testing
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience required — Salesforce Health Cloud experience strongly preferred (candidates without Salesforce QA/testing background will not be considered for this role)
  • Experience with automated testing tools such as Katalon, TOSCA, and Selenium, including 1+ year automating web applications/APIs specifically with TOSCA
  • Experience developing and documenting test cases using Xray, ALM, or JIRA
  • 3+ years working with Jenkins and CI/CD tools
  • 3+ years testing ETL processes, writing and executing SQL statements
  • Working knowledge of Agile project methodology
What You Bring - Preferred
  • 7+ years of quality assurance / software testing experience
  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Experience with AngularJS and Java
  • Experience developing and documenting test strategies (beyond individual test cases)
