This is an ideal opportunity for a product leader who combines AdTech expertise, strategic thinking, and strong execution.

Accountabilities
  • Partner with executive leadership to define, refine, prioritize, and execute the Data Activation product strategy and roadmap.
  • Translate strategic objectives into business cases, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable Jira artifacts.
  • Build and own a scalable partner integration platform supporting DSPs, SSPs, identity providers, data platforms, CTV platforms, Retail Media Networks, and other activation endpoints.
  • Define integration architecture, data flows, partner onboarding frameworks, and repeatable implementation processes.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product leadership on API strategy and next-generation integration architecture.
  • Own activation product operations, including taxonomy governance, audience segment quality assurance, partner certification workflows, and operational processes.
  • Establish product success metrics, evaluate launch performance, and incorporate insights into future roadmap decisions.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions Engineering to support customer growth, adoption, and successful product implementations.
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and manage incoming product requests while balancing customer needs, strategic priorities, technical considerations, and business objectives.
  • Drive scalable product frameworks and processes that improve operational efficiency and create lasting business value.
Requirements
  • Significant Product Management experience in digital advertising, AdTech, marketing technology, streaming, or a closely related environment.
  • Proven experience managing partner integrations involving DSPs, SSPs, identity providers, data collaboration platforms, or similar technologies.
  • Strong understanding of identity resolution concepts, including HHID, UID2, MAID, HEM, identity graphs, and related activation workflows.
  • Hands-on familiarity with platforms and ecosystems such as The Trade Desk, LiveRamp, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP, Google DV360, Meta, and clean room technologies.
  • Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising, audience activation, taxonomy management, and measurement.
  • Ability to participate effectively in API design discussions and integration architecture decisions.
  • Strong expertise in writing product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing Jira backlogs.
  • Excellent written communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with CTV, Retail Media Networks, or Walled Garden activation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with clean room environments and data collaboration platforms is an advantage.
  • Experience developing scalable and repeatable product frameworks.
  • Experience using AI tools to analyze data and support product decisions is a plus.
  • SQL or scripting experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Open paid time off.
  • Fully remote, flexible work environment.
  • Professional growth and development opportunities.
  • Opportunity to influence product strategy and work directly with executive leadership.
