As a remote Salesforce administrator, your duties are to oversee business administration and customer relationship management issues for a client, customer, or team that utilizes the Salesforce Platform. In this virtual role, you work from home to collaborate with developers to design and implement tools such as dashboards, workflow and organization apps, and other methods to increase efficiency and streamline operations using the platform. Your responsibilities also include ensuring that customers and clients have access to cloud service software and platforms, and are able to easily access data and information over those platforms.
