Job description

Title- Salesforce CPQ Developer
Duration: 12-months

  • This team is very sensitive to fraudulent candidates, if there is anyone talking in the background, any looking around the room, any tabs open on their second screen, even an unclear camera, they will likely pass on the candidate.
IV Process: 2 Rounds (1 quick technical screen via video, 30 minutes + 1 onsite technical screen, 1 hour)
  • Even though the role is predominantly remote, they will ask if candidates can come onsite for their final interview, the preference is Plano but I'm including other office options below:
    • Plano, TX
    • St. Louis, MO
    • Milford, OH
    • Raleigh, NC
    • Wilsonville, OR
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and customize Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing, discounting, and approval workflows.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud features, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Configure and integrate billing solutions, revenue recognition processes, and subscription management tools.
  • Partner with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to team members for CPQ and Revenue Cloud implementations.
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using tools such as MuleSoft and REST APIs.
  • Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting to ensure solutions meet quality standards and performance benchmarks.
  • Create technical documentation and provide user training for implemented solutions.
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce or Steel Brick CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform features, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
  • Experience with system integrations, APIs, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft).
Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of Salesforce development experience with a focus on CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
Salesforce certifications preferred:
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
  • Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant
  • OmniStudio Developer or Consultant (desirable but not required)
