*Remote Sales Development Representative*
$18/hour starting base pay + commission | OTE from $41,500+ during ramp, up to ~$51,000+ at full capacity/promotion-adjusted pay | Paid training | Full-time | Remote
Looking to break into tech or B2B sales without needing years of experience first?
SalesHive hires Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and trains them to build the skills needed for a long-term sales career. Many of our reps start with little or no sales experience and grow into senior reps or leadership roles.
*Many SDRs advance into senior and leadership roles internally.*
No degree required. Experience is helpful, but not required.
*What You’ll Do*
As an SDR, your job is to start conversations with business leaders and schedule meetings for our clients’ sales teams.
Each day, you’ll:
- Call business prospects using our dialing software
- Introduce clients’ services and ask discovery questions
- Handle objections and identify opportunities
- Schedule qualified meetings for client sales teams
- Track conversations and notes in our CRM
You won’t be expected to figure it out alone. Managers provide coaching, call feedback, and support to help new reps improve quickly.
*What You’ll Learn*
This role is a strong entry point into professional sales. You’ll build experience in:
- Cold calling and outbound prospecting
