Location: Remote (Must reside in Florida)

Employment Type: Full-Time, 1099 Independent Contractor

Compensation: 100% Commission-Based – Uncapped Earning Potential ($80K–$250K+ OTE)

Training: Comprehensive Training Program Provided (No Prior Roofing Experience Required)

???? Incredible Earning Potential – Be Your Own Boss

Are you a driven, self-motivated closer ready to break free from salary caps? My client is seeking high-performing Sales Representatives to join our fast-growing roofing division. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earnings – top performers will clear $150K–$250K+ annually.

You’ll work 100% remote from anywhere in Florida, generating leads, closing deals, and transforming storm-damaged homes into safe, beautiful roofs. We provide the leads, the training, the CRM, and the back-office support – you bring the hustle.

Role Overview

As a Remote Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of the company for Florida homeowners. You’ll manage the full sales cycle – from initial contact and virtual consultations to contract signing and project handoff. This role is perfect for entrepreneurs who want maximum flexibility, unlimited income potential, and the backing of an established, A+ rated roofing contractor.

No roofing experience? No problem. We provide full training on our products, sales scripts, CRM tools, and closing techniques. If you have a proven track record in sales (any industry) or the grit to learn fast, we want you.

What You’ll Do

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Work provided leads from our marketing team (storm-damaged homeowners, insurance claims, referrals).
  • Supplement with self-generated leads via networking, social media, and community outreach (optional but rewarded).
  • Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom, phone, and video calls; schedule in-person inspections with the operations team.

Sales & Closing

  • Present customized roofing solutions, explain financing options, and guide homeowners through the insurance claim process.
  • Close high-ticket residential roofing projects ($15K–$50K+ per job).
  • Negotiate contracts, overcome objections, and build long-term relationships for repeat/referral business.

Pipeline Management

  • Track all activities, follow-ups, and deals in our CRM.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of 20–30 active prospects at all times.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth handoffs post-sale.

Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in weekly sales coaching calls, role-play sessions, and advanced training workshops.
  • Stay updated on Florida roofing codes, insurance regulations, and product innovations.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • Residency: Must currently live in Florida (required for licensing and local market knowledge).
  • Experience: 2+ years in B2C sales, closing, or entrepreneurship (roofing, home improvement, insurance, real estate, or auto sales is a plus but not required).
  • Mindset: Hunter mentality, resilient, self-disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Zoom, CRM software, DocuSign, and Google Workspace.

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)

  • Prior experience selling roofing, windows, siding, or solar.
  • Familiarity with insurance claim processes
  • Existing network of Florida homeowners, realtors, or insurance adjusters.

???? Compensation & Perks

Uncapped Commission Structure

  • Earn $5,000 commission per sale or more.
  • Realistic OTE:
  • Average Rep: $80K–$120K/year
  • Top Performer: $150K–$250K+/year
  • Our #1 Rep: $300K+

What We Provide

  • Full Training: onboarding (product knowledge, sales scripts, CRM, insurance claims, closing techniques).
  • Leads: After you close your first sale, we will provide exclusive, warm leads daily (no cold calling required but encouraged for supersizers). These leads are scheduled for you on your calendar by our back-office team.
  • Tools: CRM access, marketing collateral, proposal templates, and e-signature software.
  • Support: Dedicated project managers, estimators, and insurance specialists to back you up.
  • Flexibility: Work from anywhere in Florida, set your own hours, no micromanagement.

What You Provide

  • Reliable laptop, smartphone, and high-speed internet.
  • Hunger to win and commitment to daily activity goals.

???? Career Growth Path

  • Top 10% Performers: Invited to join our Elite Sales Team with higher commission tiers, priority leads, and mentorship opportunities.
  • Leadership Track: Promote to Sales Team Lead or Regional Sales Manager (salary + override commissions) within 12–18 months.
  • Equity Opportunities: Long-term top performers may qualify for profit-sharing or equity stakes.
