Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns and identify their strengths and resources.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing various evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clear goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to guarantee coordinated, holistic care for our clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment, ensuring safety planning is paramount when necessary.
• Engage in maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with applicable ethical and legal guidelines.
• Lead psychoeducation sessions and support groups that empower clients with coping strategies and promote resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with children and adolescents in a school context, providing a supportive space for them to navigate their mental health issues. Your role will enable students to confront challenges, such as social anxiety, trauma recovery, and emotional regulation, all while adapting therapeutic methods to fit the school environment.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• At least two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is essential.
• A strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches is crucial to effectively support client needs.
• Superior interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills are necessary for building rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits
