As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse patient population experiencing various mental health and substance use challenges. • Possession of a current LPCC license is mandatory.
• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
• Prior experience working in behavioral health is preferred.
• Ability to perform comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
• A private workspace that ensures confidentiality and professionalism while working with clients.
• Comfortable utilizing technology throughout the workday, including telehealth software and digital communication tools.

• Experience in providing counseling services in a telehealth format.
• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based practices.
• Demonstrated success in building therapeutic relationships and achieving client outcomes.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload size. You will also benefit from:
