• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and strengths, laying the groundwork for effective intervention strategies.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that include specific goals, measurable objectives, and evidence-based interventions aimed at achieving client success.
• Collaborate regularly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure consistent, integrated client care and positive outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, including risk assessments and safety planning to support clients in times of acute distress.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, empowering clients with valuable skills and insights.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of all client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of client information.

Clients may present with issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health conditions. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is necessary to practice.
• A minimum of three years of experience working within mental health or outpatient settings.
