Safety Manager – HVAC / Mechanical Construction Experience | South Florida


I'm looking for an experienced Safety Manager with a strong background in HVAC and mechanical construction. We’re partnered with the #1 mechanical subcontractor in Florida. They're hiring for multiple projects throughout the South Florida.


This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering large-scale commercial and industrial mechanical projects.


Salary: $85K – $100K Base + Bonus + Company Vehicle

Location: West Palm - Miami


What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of construction safety experience

• Strong background within HVAC, piping, or mechanical construction

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, site safety protocols, and compliance procedures

• Experience conducting safety audits, training, and incident investigations

• Ability to work directly with field teams, Superintendents, and Project Managers

• OSHA 500/510 required; CHST or CSP certifications preferred
