Job description

Work You'll Do
Manage installation, configuration, upgrade, and maintenance of SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, PI/PO, etc.).
Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal SAP system health.
Administer user management, transport management, and system copies/refreshes.
Design and implement SAP landscapes on leading cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), including migration from on-premise to cloud.
Configure and optimize cloud infrastructure for SAP workloads, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
Automate infrastructure management processes and enable self-service solutions for clients.
Implement and maintain security controls, backup/recovery strategies, and disaster recovery plans for SAP environments.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
Stay current with SAP and cloud platform advancements, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Recommend enhancements and automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Ability to travel 0-80%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration and cloud platform operations.
5+ years experience with SAP system installations, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
5+ years experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and SAP cloud migration projects
5+ years experience in SAP system installation, configuration, upgrades, and patch management
2+ years experience leading project delivery or mentoring team members
Preferred:
SAP certification in BASIS, HANA, or related modules.
Cloud platform certification (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and DevOps practices.
Secret Clearance or above.
