Job description
Equitable is seeking a dynamic Regional Vice President (RVP) to join the Group Retirement team in Florida. This role focuses on driving growth of 401(k) and governmental 457(b) sales through 3rd party financial advisors. The RVP will work remotely but is expected to travel up to 80% within the territory.
The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of industry experience, knowledge of relevant financial products, and strong communication skills. A competitive base salary of $90,000 plus variable compensation and a full range of benefits are offered.
