Hiring Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Compensation: $18-$20, based on experience

We are seeking dedicated, dependable Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about customer advocacy and problem resolution and who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
  • Support Customers: Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service-related needs while ensuring a positive experience.
  • Provide Solutions: Help identify customer needs and coordinate appropriate follow-up or resolution.
  • Maintain Excellence: Uphold Four Seasons' service standards while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
What We're Looking For
  • Prior customer service experience with a demonstrated record of reliability and professionalism.
  • A strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
  • Reputation management experience
  • Knowledge on Social Media Platforms
  • Ability to multitask, think critically, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
