Job description

Job Summary

We're looking for an energetic and highly organized Account Coordinator to join our growing team within the Restaurant & Retail segment of Clark National Accounts.

This role offers a strong entry point for someone looking to grow a career in sales and account management. You’ll play a key role in supporting client relationships by maintaining regular communication, addressing day-to-day needs, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Working directly with our team of Account Managers, you’ll be responsible for managing account details, customer initiatives and helping drive successful sales and project execution. The Account Coordinator position helps align partner needs with internal execution, reinforcing relationships and fueling CNA’s growth.

Responsibilities
  • Partner Communication – Engage regularly with customers to understand business needs, provide project updates, and promptly support their inquiries.
  • Account Management Support – Maintain accurate account records and assist Account Managers in executing growth strategies and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Internal Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with internal teams, especially Account Support and Logistics, to resolve issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Project Execution – Support the planning and coordination of equipment rollouts and staged orders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Customer Experience & Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and recommend platform or process improvements to drive efficiency and satisfaction.
Physical Requirements
  • Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
  • Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
  • Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
  • Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
Remote Work Qualifications
  • Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
  • Access to a home router and modem.
  • A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).
  • A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment.
  • The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.
  • Legal residents of one of the following states: (AK, AL, AR, AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, or WY). H-1B Visa Sponsorship Not Available, W2 only.
Experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service best practices
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals and KPIs
  • Experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry is a strong plus
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
