The Opportunity: 

We're hiring an Associate Attorney with 0 to 7 years of experience and interest in business, real estate, or family law litigation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with client interactions and court appearances, have a growth mindset, and enjoy practicing law.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

  • Manage litigation matters from intake through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
  • Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
  • Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
  • Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and other litigation-related proceedings
  • Collaborate with firm leadership on case development and client service initiatives



Qualifications:
  • Active California State Bar membership in good standing
  • California residency required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities effectively
  • Prior litigation experience preferred, but not required
