Job Summary:

The Customer Success Manager plays a key role in supporting customer relationships and optimizing performance across our online platforms. This position will report to the Senior Director of Customer Success and will be responsible for the end-to-end success of clients using K12 Rounding, and other digital products. 

This position is eligible for incentive opportunities based on:

  • Onboarding and the successful implementation of new clients
  • Upsell and cross-sell of platform features
  • Client retention and renewal success
  • Generating referrals and expanding accounts

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Success & Onboarding

  • Lead and manage client onboarding for online platforms (K12 Rounding, etc.)
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and referrals
  • Support the development of onboarding playbooks and SOPs

Platform & Product Support

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the functionality and application of customer-facing technologies
  • Identify platform needs or gaps based on customer feedback and data; collaborate with the CXO on enhancements and road mapping
  • Contribute to platform testing and performing quality assurance 

Sales Support & Growth Enablement

  • Support the sales team in upselling features, renewing contracts, and closing net new opportunities
  • Contribute to revenue goals by facilitating successful onboarding, minimizing churn, and driving platform adoption
  • Capture customer success stories, feedback, and usage data to inform product positioning and messaging

Responsibilities also include other duties as assigned to support company strategy and success initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, SaaS platform support, account management, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience working with CRM tools, success platforms, or digital engagement technologies
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical functionality into client value
  • High attention to detail and organizational effectiveness, especially in remote team settings
  • Experience in education, workforce, or nonprofit sectors is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a salaried part-time position of no more than 20 hours per week.

Part-time employees are eligible for pro-rated tuition reimbursement and cell phone reimbursement. You will also be eligible to contribute to a 401k.
