As a Territory Manager within our Infusion Therapies and Platform team, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products in the New York market. You serve as the primary connection to the healthcare professionals who rely on our solutions to save and sustain lives, acting as both the face and voice of our portfolio. You value the collaboration between teams and understand how these connections drive strong business results. The insights and feedback you provide to your team and crossfunctional partners help inform priorities and support meaningful change.
In this role, you will promote our Medication Delivery, Pharma, and Nutrition portfolio with primary call points including Materials Management, Nursing, Pharmacy, Risk Management, and other departments throughout the hospital in the New York market. We are seeking individuals who take personal accountability for achieving results and can "win" at every stage of the customer's buying process. The estimated base pay range for this position is $96,000 - $132,000 annually, with additional opportunity to earn sales incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less within the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.
