Emplify Health by Gundersen - Boscobel is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our Specialty Services and Med/Surg teams! This is an exciting, top-of-scope opportunity for an RD who is passionate about evidence-based weight management, patient education, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
About the Role:
This position plays a key role in supporting patients! You will work independently while collaborating closely with surgeons and nursing staff. We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates strong independence, professionalism, and excellent patient-engagement skills. The ideal individual will show high reliability, professional integrity, and strong time-management abilities, along with the confidence to work independently and manage their own schedule within a collaborative clinical environment. Success in this role also requires exceptional interpersonal communication, the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse patient populations, and confidence! A supportive, empathetic approach to patient interactions is essential for thriving in this position.
What Is Available:
  • Full Time - 40 hours a week
  • Day Shift, Monday - Friday
  • Location: Boscobel with possibility for hybrid/remote work model!

What You'll Do:
  • Work closely with patient and patient family members to access, educate, and promote optimal nutrition, eating behaviors, feeding skills and health status.
  • Will work closely with our care team in both Specialty Services and Medical/Surgical Unit.
  • Develop nutrition care plans based on individual needs.
  • Develop materials for nutrition education

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelors Degree in Dietetics
  • Registered as a Dietitian with Commission on Dietetics Registration
  • Must have Registered Dietitian State Certification OR WI State Licensure
