In this role, you will be responsible for a range of critical functions, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Implementing and evaluating crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior support strategies in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintaining thorough and timely documentation to meet regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards.
• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools in clinical assessments to ensure the most effective interventions.
• Engaging in supervision and professional development opportunities, including attending relevant training and conferences to enhance your skills.
• Actively participating in agency-wide initiatives and community outreach efforts to enhance client access to services.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field.
• An independent LMHC license registered with the state board.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills based on professional experience and knowledge.
