This position is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while engaging with clients through our user-friendly telehealth platform. As part of our telehealth team, you will have the autonomy to manage your schedule and work independently, while also receiving support from a collaborative team of mental health professionals.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques suited for diverse client needs.
• Perform thorough assessments that guide the development of personalized treatment plans that set achievable goals tailored to each client’s rehabilitation progress.
• Advocate for clients and their families by connecting them with essential community resources, support networks, and social services that promote holistic well-being.
• Respond to crisis situations with immediate support, employing crisis intervention techniques to ensure client safety and stabilization.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, complying with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, and medical doctors, to create comprehensive care strategies targeting clients' physical and mental health needs.
• Provide education to clients and their families about coping strategies, self-care practices, and the emotional challenges associated with rehabilitation.
• Engage in community outreach efforts to enhance resource connections and strengthen referral partnerships, thereby improving client access to comprehensive care.

As an LPC at River Town Psychotherapy Center, you will work primarily with individuals who are undergoing rehabilitation from various psychological and emotional challenges. This includes clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders exacerbated by their rehabilitation experiences. Our diverse client population reflects a wide range of backgrounds, making cultural competency essential for delivering effective and meaningful care.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia or eligibility for licensure.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards in counseling practices and maintaining client confidentiality.
• Proficient computer skills including familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.

• Previous experience providing therapy in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is highly desirable.
• Experience in utilizing telehealth technology and online counseling tools to enhance client care.
• Demonstrated knowledge of crisis intervention strategies and trauma-informed care approaches.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and the caseload handled. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
