Nurse Practitioner (NP) – 1099 Independent Contractor
Location: Remote
Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Schedule: Flexible
Compensation: 60/hr.
Job Overview
We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. This role offers flexible scheduling and autonomy while providing high-quality patient care in a supportive clinical environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct patient evaluations, assessments, and follow-up visits
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Develop and implement treatment plans
Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal laws
Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
Educate patients on conditions, treatment options, and preventive care
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with clinical staff as needed
Requirements
Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in of S.C
National board certification (AANP or ANCC)
Current malpractice insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work independently
Strong clinical and communication skills
Preferred Experience
