This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work location while you engage with students via telehealth platforms. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine the mental health status, strengths, and needs of students.
• Utilize evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to deliver individualized therapeutic support.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, educational staff, and families to ensure holistic care.
• Guide patients and their families through the complexities of mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medication processes to empower informed decisions.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring the use of evidence-based techniques to promote healing and recovery.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team, aligning with the goals and preferences of the students.
• Nurture a supportive environment that encourages patients to advocate for their rights and mental health needs, easing navigation through the mental health system.
• Oversee therapeutic group sessions and psychoeducational programs that aim to raise awareness and understanding of mental health issues.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse student population ranging from elementary to high school-aged youth. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current, active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention strategies.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in working within a multidisciplinary team to develop integrated treatment approaches.

• Experience working within a school environment or with children and adolescents is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools.
