• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs, determine treatment goals, and create tailored, actionable treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics.
• Regularly evaluate client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective therapy outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to coordinate holistic care and support for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on industry standards, best practices, and emerging therapeutic techniques.
• Contribute innovative ideas for improving service delivery and program effectiveness to enhance the overall patient experience.

The primary population you will serve includes adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, from mild to severe. Clients may seek help for various issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, PTSD, and relationship problems. Your role involves not just providing therapy, but also empowering clients through education, coping strategies, and the development of a supportive environment that fosters both healing and personal growth.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active license or certification (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) issued by the respective state or jurisdiction.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience working with individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with an ability to quickly build rapport and foster trust with clients.

• Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in an outpatient setting will be considered a plus.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and therapeutic group facilitation.

• The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, based on your caseload and relevant experience.
