In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and support the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care techniques, to facilitate positive client outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous records to ensure compliance with confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest research in mental health and rehabilitation.

Our client population primarily consists of individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Many of our clients are in the early stages of recovery or seeking help for the first time. As a therapist, you will focus on creating a safe and trusting environment that respects each client’s unique journey, empowering them to take an active role in their treatment.

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active LMSW license in the state of Nevada.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with experience in a detox or rehabilitation setting, as well as those with particular expertise in trauma-informed approaches, will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and experience with diverse populations will also enhance your candidacy.
