Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to determine clients’ substance abuse histories and mental health needs.
  • Create and implement personalized treatment plans addressing both addiction and underlying mental health conditions.
  • Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
