The Director of Nursing Services must be a registered nurse in the state of Rhode Island. The duties for this position are solely community-based. Candidate must reside in the state to make contacts with assigned clients. He/she is responsible for the clinical aspects of the home care agency, facilitates intake, develops Plan of Care, supervises and provides in-home assessments, including plan review. This person should be familiar with home care licensing regulations, standards of care, and other federal and state laws pertaining to home care services. Flexible schedule. Full time hours include some administrative tasks. Per diem or part time hours are acceptable.
