Job Title: Senior Tax Manager 
Location: Remote - Hybrid in Tulsa OK
Salary: 180-200k
Requirements: CPA

We are a family oriented, laid back culture in Tulsa.  We are looking for a Senior Tax Manager to come and eventually take over a book of business, and if you are interested in partner, we can put you on that track very quickly.    

1. We have a youthful culture, where promotion to director/principal level can happen in a few years.  

2.  We take pride in our firm having a great work-life-balance culture, which is very important to us.  We get that you have life outside of work.  We do our best to regulate the hours during busy season, (not too many weeks at 55 hours, and the max is 55 hours.)  

3.  Looking for growth?  We want to bring people up quickly into the director and partner level role as much as much as feasibly possible due to our growth mode.  

4.  We also have benefits covered at 100% for employee, and discounted for family.

5.  The partners want to be able to work with and talk with all levels of staff. There isn't a "hierarchy" where you only talk to one manager, it's a very collaborative environment where the partners are working in the trenches with you.

What You Need for this Position

- 5-10 years of experience depending on if you are a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Accountant
- CPA
- BS in Accounting or related field
- Client facing experience
- Hybrid Schedule.
