As our LCSW, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a variety of crucial tasks aimed at supporting the mental health and well-being of our clients. Here’s what your typical day may include:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients, gathering relevant history and insights to craft personalized treatment plans focused on achieving recovery goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to address mental health concerns effectively.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all records reflect timely and appropriate care.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by working closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and improve client outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer reviews to discuss treatment strategies, share insights, and enhance the overall quality of care provided.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment resources, and community support systems, empowering them to take active roles in their recovery journey.
• Continuously update your knowledge of research and emerging treatment trends, integrating your findings into clinical practice.

Your primary focus will be on individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, assisting them in navigating the complexities of recovery and fostering resilience through therapeutic interventions. Understanding the unique challenges faced by this population will be essential to developing empathetic and effective treatment strategies.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license to practice in New Jersey is mandatory.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, particularly in mental health settings, with demonstrated competencies in providing evidence-based psychotherapy services.
• Proficient knowledge of various therapeutic interventions, including solution-focused techniques, is necessary.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
