As a Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories and mental health conditions.
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing addiction and associated mental health issues.
• Leading both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
• Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive care for clients, ensuring their needs are met across various levels.
• Offering educational resources and support to clients' families, fostering understanding and active participation in the recovery process.
• Maintaining precise and confidential client records, fully compliant with applicable ethical guidelines and regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid professional license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for treating substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues.

As a proactive and compassionate therapist, candidates with specialization or additional training in areas related to addiction recovery, trauma-informed care, or mental health crisis intervention will be highly regarded. Experience employing telehealth technologies in a counseling capacity is a plus.
