• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client mental health needs and formulate customized treatment plans.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• A demonstrated capacity for empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of the complex experiences of clients struggling with mental health issues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills critical for maintaining productivity and compliance in a remote working environment.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Experience with telehealth systems or virtual therapy platforms is preferred, showcasing adaptability in technology-facilitated therapy.
• Training in specific therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a plus, allowing for more specialized client care.
