Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a varied demographic of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, who may be facing individual and relational difficulties. Our clinic serves a broad patient population, with a focus on those dealing with mental health disorders, emotional disturbances, and transitional life issues. Understanding the complex needs that arise within these diverse groups is essential for formulating effective treatment strategies.

  • No disciplinary actions on your license history.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with clients while maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for teletherapy and electronic health record keeping.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with a variety of therapy modalities and an understanding of evidence-based practices.
  • Previous work in community health settings or clinics is preferred, ideally with experience in telehealth.
  • Strong understanding of cultural competence in mental health treatment and the ability to work with diverse populations.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
  • Flexible work hours that support a healthy work-life balance and accommodate your personal schedule.
  • Access to resources for continuing education, including reimbursement for courses and training that support your professional growth.
