Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify clientsโ€™ needs and strengths, developing tailored treatment plans that align with individual goals.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting them to the virtual setting to maximize client engagement.
  • Document client progress meticulously through secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and maintaining high standards of confidentiality.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and enhance therapeutic outcomes through regular virtual consultations.
  • Participate actively in case reviews and clinical supervision meetings via video conferencing to ensure continuous professional development and high-quality care delivery.
  • Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with the knowledge and resources necessary to navigate mental health challenges effectively.
  • Stay current with developments in the mental health field by engaging in online training, webinars, and other professional development opportunities.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, families, and adults from various backgrounds, addressing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. Your therapeutic approach will be client-centered, aiming to empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and contribute positively to their communities.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • A valid Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license in Pennsylvania.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services, preferably through telehealth.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic interventions adapted for remote delivery.
