• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and inform intervention strategies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.
• Provide psychotherapy and behavioral therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to foster healing and growth.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with departmental policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design comprehensive treatment strategies, including effective discharge plans based on psychosocial assessments.
• Assist clients with discharge planning and care coordination, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and follow-up services.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic medical record systems, word processing, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and remain self-motivated in a remote work environment.

• Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practice models.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy dynamics.
• Background in collaborative care with multi-disciplinary teams and integrating primary healthcare and mental health services.

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
