• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport through empathy and professionalism while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress towards mental health goals, evaluate stability, and facilitate clinical recommendations for discharge when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs and aspirations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including assessments, progress notes, and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
• Perform thorough intake assessments to diagnose mental health conditions and identify the best therapeutic approaches.
• Engage in individual supervision sessions for clinical support, professional growth, and skill enhancement.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive service delivery.

This role specifically focuses on youth and their families, addressing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. • A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements for clinical practice within our organization.
• Minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy.
• Strong computer skills, including a basic understanding of electronic health record systems and documentation processes.

• Experience working with youth in community mental health settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and techniques for effective remote counseling.
• Additional training in evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
