• Conducting ethical, compassionate individual counseling sessions via video conferencing to ensure a comfortable therapeutic setting.
• Utilizing solution-focused treatment modalities, customized for each individual client, to facilitate effective therapy.
• Creating comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that align with the specific needs and goals of clients.
• Helping clients gain insight into their personal experiences, emotions, and relationships, fostering an understanding that encourages growth and healing.

This position primarily involves working with stable, low-acuity adults who present a variety of mental health concerns. • A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with the ability to practice independently without supervision.
• No history of disciplinary actions on your license.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathetic nature, and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using technology and telehealth platforms for virtual counseling sessions.

Experience in solution-based or cognitive-behavioral therapy approaches is highly valued. Familiarity with telehealth systems and prior remote counseling experience can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
