• Manage a dedicated caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.
• Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand the client's history and current situation.
• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions weekly, using evidence-based practices tailored to each client.
• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure best practices are implemented.
• Work effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive client care.
• Adopt a growth mindset by continuously seeking feedback and pursuing professional development opportunities.

Our client population consists of a rich tapestry of individuals from various backgrounds, including adults, children, and families facing diverse mental health challenges. You will work with clients presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and other emotional or behavioral concerns. The goal is to provide support in a compassionate and non-judgmental manner, ensuring that all clients feel valued and understood.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A minimum of one year of experience providing therapy in a clinical outpatient environment post-graduation.
• Proficiency in using electronic records and familiarity with practicing in virtual care settings, including tools like RMS systems, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating a strong commitment to client well-being.
• Competence in performing intake assessments to gauge client needs effectively.

• Prior experience in telehealth counseling or remote therapy services is highly desirable.
• Specialized training or certifications in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT) is a plus.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary team setting, fostering collaborative care approaches.

At Hopeful Mind Counseling Solutions, we recognize the hard work and dedication of our team members. The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience and qualifications. We offer a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates, ensuring timely compensation without waiting for reimbursement.
