You will work closely with clients to understand their unique situations, collaboratively establish treatment goals, and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to their needs.

• A valid and current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field.
• Ability to maintain a private and safe work-from-home environment that meets the regulatory standards for patient care.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses and treatment methodologies.
• Confidence in using technology throughout the day, including telehealth software and communication tools.

• Experience partnering with clients to develop personalized care plans and achieve therapeutic goals.
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive assessments to inform treatment strategies.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is highly advantageous.
• Years of independent clinical experience demonstrated through past roles or interviews.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client-centered care and outcomes.
