Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a dedicated caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client.
  • Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand the client's history and current situation.
  • Provide individual psychotherapy sessions weekly, using evidence-based practices tailored to each client.
  • Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure best practices are implemented.
  • Work effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive client care.
  • Adopt a growth mindset by continuously seeking feedback and pursuing professional development opportunities.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
  • Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
  • A minimum of one year of experience providing therapy in a clinical outpatient environment post-graduation.
  • Proficiency in using electronic records and familiarity with practicing in virtual care settings, including tools like RMS systems, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating a strong commitment to client well-being.
  • Competence in performing intake assessments to gauge client needs effectively.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in telehealth counseling or remote therapy services is highly desirable.
  • Specialized training or certifications in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience and qualifications.
