• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate each patient’s mental health status, strengths, and needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patient requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated care plans.
• Educate and support patients and families in understanding diagnoses, treatment options, and the management of medications.
• Lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing a variety of evidence-based modalities to promote healing.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in conjunction with patients and the treatment team, ensuring alignment with their goals and preferences.
• Advocate for patients navigating the complex mental health system to secure appropriate resources and services.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups, psychoeducational sessions, and discharge planning meetings to bolster continuity of care.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient population, which may include adolescents, adults, and families grappling with various mental health disorders and psychosocial stressors. Your expertise will be pivotal in assisting clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts. Through tailored interventions, your contributions will have a direct impact on their recovery journey and overall well-being.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to cohesive care strategies.

While not mandatory, experience in a clinical setting providing mental health services, including familiarity with the latest therapeutic methodologies and electronic health record systems, would be advantageous.
