Your day-to-day role as a Mental Health Counselor involves a variety of essential tasks:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

Candidates must have no disciplinary actions on their licenses and possess the capacity to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating strong clinical judgment and ethical standards.

Experience providing direct clinical services is vital, particularly in a remote capacity. Exceptional interpersonal skills is necessary, as counselors must establish rapport with clients quickly to foster a safe and therapeutic environment.
